No deliveries will be available outside of Kingston, St. Catherine, and St. Andrew on February 13-14. Pickup will be available only in Bayside, Portmore.

- Order deadline is Feb 8,2026(Excluding money bouquets).

-Order Deadline for Money Bouquets is Feb 6,2026.

-Once preorders are completed, we will post an update to inform if additional order slots are available. After the 8th, no customized orders will be accepted. If further orders can be accommodated, only standard products will be offered, subject to availability, with colors and types determined by remaining stock and production capacity.

- All orders for February MUST be selected from this catalogue .

-Prices are subject to change without notice , however this does not affect orders that have already been paid for in FULL.

-No deposits are permitted,FULL payment only.

Most order updated ( marked as paid , out for delivery , ready for pickup etc) are sent through email, therefore please ensure the email address added is correct.

- Please throughly go through all delivery locations before selecting an option to ensure you’re selecting the right one.

- The images displayed are samples of other customers orders for a better idea of what each product entails PLEASE review the product description at the end of each product option selection page.

-Most products will receive a FREE Valentine’s Day card and a Valentine’s Day tag.

--The "Happy Valentine’s Day sticker" isn’t the best choice when using black or dark-colored wrapping paper. It’s also best suited for small bouquets. For larger bouquets, we recommend a topper.

--If you see a product labeled 20-24, 45-60, 10-12, or similar, it means you’ll receive any number of flowers within that range, with the final count depending on the florist’s choice.

-CUSTOMIZED WRITING IS DONE on the back of the bouquet wrapping, CUSTOMIZED RIBBON, and a ribbon PLACED ON TOP OF (HORIZONTAL)the flowers.

-Customized ribbon cannot be added to small bouquets only customized writing.

-Kindly enter the writing you’d like if you have selected either of the above into the text box when prompted while making your product order selections. (3 WORDS MAXIMUM- 1O LETTERS OR LESS TOTAL)

-NO SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIME CAN BE CHOSEN! If you are unable to provide a clear location for the receiver during the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (it would arrive at any time during these hours), PLEASE select the PICKUP option.

-Instead, you can choose your preferred pickup time, and if that slot is already taken when you place your order, we’ll let you know the next available options (PLEASE READ THE NOTE PLACED AT CHECKOUT WHEN YOU SELECT PICKUP CAREFULLY !!)

--For lighter-colored roses like pink and white, it’s normal for them to have slight browning or discoloration once they’re taken out of the cooler and exposed to humidity. If you notice this on the tips, when received rest assured the flowers are still in good condition. Simply follow the aftercare tips provided in our Instagram highlights.

--Our online credit/debit card payment option only accepts the following card types: Visa,MasterCard,Keycard)

--The brand of the items in the baskets vary based on current stock.

--If the style of wrapping paper/flower box/teddy bear is out of stock, it will be replaced with a style in the same color if possible, or another color that best matches and is available.

--White floral accents are tiny white flowers used to add charm and beauty to bouquets.

--If we’re out of stock of the rose color or the color scheme (mixed flowers you selected), we’ll replace it with the next available option. We’ll do our best to notify you of this.

— If a standard product is ordered after our deadline for preorders has passed, kindly note that we will be using the color/type of flowers that are available.

—You may get a "Love you" or "I love you" topper/balloon.

— If you select a small bouquet but you also want a balloon (YOU MUST ALSO SELECT A CARRYING BAG)

— If a specific topper is out of stock a suitable substitute will be used.

— If we run out of a sprayed flower color (with cost attached), We will use the other color only (no cost) and add another add on to account for the additional cost charged for the sprayed color.
