WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED ?
We are located in portmore. We offer delivery to all 14 parishes.Kindly send a message to request a private door to door delivery.
DO YOU SELL ARTIFICIAL ROSES? - No, we only distribute farm grown flowers. CAN I PAY CASH ON DELIVERY ? - No, unfortunately we do not offer cash on delivery all purchases have to be paid in full before the order is processed / delivered.
However, on select occasions we do offer cash on PICKUP for small products. CAN I VISIT YOUR STORE? - Unfortunately, not at this moment. We are completely e-commerce based.However, kindly await updates on our media platforms regarding the launch of our physical store. CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS WITH MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD? - Most definitely, we are partnered with a local company that enables us to offer an online payment system. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? - No, we do not but we ship island-wide in Jamaica. WHAT IS THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY ? - If an order does not match what was requested or the quality of the flowers is poor, we do offer exchange up to 2 hours after the product has been delivered or picked up based on the nature of the product.
After 2 hours of the item already being retrieved it cannot be exchanged.
We do not offer refunds. WHAT IS THE TURNOVER TIME FOR ORDERS? - For a more seamless ordering process, it is best that Orders are placed , with confirmation of payment at least 2 days before the day or delivery/pickup. However, on select days we do offer same day or next day deliveries. Kindly send a message to inquire . DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE THE MONEY FOR MONEY BOUQUETS? - Yes you do. However, if you are unable to supply the notes to be used in the bouquet, we can provide that service at an additional cost of $500-$1000JMD.The final service charge is dependent on the size of the bouquet.
Delivery
Important information about delivery
You may purchase your products online ( until the opening of our storefront) and request delivery or pickup at our designated pickup location.Pickup is offered in Portmore only. Any location requested outside of the designated pickup area is categorized as an delivery and as such it will attract an additional fee for the service.
We do not deliver to socially proclaimed hazardous areas. If it is noted that you have entered an address that categorized as the above, an alternative address will be requested . At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see a description of the product ordered, a cost breakdown, and the delivery date.
Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, delivery route of the driver, and the timeframe in which the order is placed.
Please note , all order submission are reviewed to confirm the details submitted and our ability to fulfill the request.
Next, though a specific pickup time may submitted may not be available. However, you may communicate your preference and we will try our best to accommodate the request.
Deliveries typically are conducted (10:30 am-4:00 pm).
Your product should arrive to the requested address any time within the listed time frame unless either the merchant or customer has agreed to other terms.
Pickup is only offered in Portmore (11 am-6 pm).
This time frame may vary based on select days .
Orders must be collected the day in which the order was requested to be delivered or to be picked up.
This may be overlooked only if the order collection is requested to be rescheduled before the product is complete or there is evidence of a credible emergency.
Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to store completed products beyond order pickup or delivery date.
All customers must read and sign the terms and conditions displayed at checkout on the platform before proceeding with order placement.
