This is my second time getting flowers from Floral Awakening and it has become the designated place for any bouquet needs. The owner is very accommodating and helps to realize my ideas. In both instances, the arrangements matched the occasion and the personality of my girlfriend while being neatly organized and on time! I could count on the owner to have exceptional after service and she was very engaging and patient. Floral Awakening Ja offers a product, service, and most importantly an experience.

DO YOU SELL ARTIFICIAL ROSES?
- No, we only distribute farm grown flowers.
CAN I PAY CASH ON DELIVERY ?
- No, unfortunately we do not offer cash on delivery all purchases have to be paid in full before order is processed / delivered
CAN I VISIT YOUR STORE?
- Unfortunately, not at this moment We are completely e-commerce based.
CAN I MAKE PAYMENTS WITH MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD?
- Most definitely, we are partnered with a local company that enables us to offer an online payment system.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
- No, we do not but we ship island-wide in Jamaica.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FREE OF CHARGE?
- Yes, if an order does not match what was requested or the quality of the flowers is poor, we do offer exchange up to 24 hours having made the request, otherwise, we do not offer refunds.
WHAT IS THE TURNOVER TIME FOR ORDERS?
- Orders should be placed 2-3 days in advance.
DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE THE MONEY FOR MONEY BOUQUETS?
- Yes you do. However, if you are unable to we will provide that service at an additional cost of $1000JMD
Delivery
Important information about delivery
You can purchase your items online and request delivery or pick them up at our pickup location . We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time.
We do not deliver to socially proclaimed hazardous areas . If we see that you entered an address that categorized as this , an alternative address will be requested .
At the Secure Checkout page, youāll see the ordered itemās description, its price, and delivery date . Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
Pick up time is not guaranteed however , you may communicate the period of the day youād prefer and we will try our best to accommodate the request were possible though not guaranteed.
Deliveries are conducted 11 am- 3:30 pm .
Pickup in greater portmore is available 12-1 pm-6:30-7pm .
Orders must be collected the day in which the order was requested to be delivered or to be picked up .
Unless rescheduled in advance or there is a credible emergency , no packages will be stored . Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to store completed products beyond order date .
All customers must sign the agreement listed on the platform .
